Terms of Use
Last updated October 16, 2026
Church AI Guide (churchaiguide.com) is operated by Scott Asher LLC, a Tennessee company. In this policy, "we" and "us" means Scott Asher LLC, and "you" means anyone who visits or uses the site. Seeds Church is not affiliated with this site and is not responsible for it.
Accepting these terms
By using churchaiguide.com, including the policy builder, policy library, or newsletter, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
The builder makes a template, not legal advice
The policy builder produces a general starting template for discussion. It is not legal advice, and using it does not create an attorney-client relationship with anyone. Laws differ by state and country, and every church is different. Please have a qualified attorney and your governing board review any policy before you adopt it. You are responsible for the policy your church adopts.
The policy library
Library entries are short summaries of policies published by other organizations, with links to the originals, provided for reference. Those policies belong to their publishers. Our summaries may be incomplete, and the originals may change, so always read the source.
Sponsorships
Sponsored items on the site or in the newsletter are labeled "Sponsored". Sponsors do not influence the policy builder, its output, the policy library, or library summaries.
Acceptable use
Don't use the site to break the law, send spam through the signup form, or try to break, overload, scrape, or get around the security of the site.
No warranty
The site and everything on it are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Scott Asher LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the site, the builder, its output, or the library.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
Changes and contact
