Church AI Guide helps pastors and church staff write a clear AI policy, learn from policies real denominations have published, and use AI wisely. Sponsors help keep every tool on the site free.
Who we serve
Pastors, executive and administrative pastors, church administrators, communications staff, and volunteer leaders who are deciding how their church should and should not use AI. Many are at small and mid-size churches without a lawyer or IT department on staff.
What we publish
- A free AI policy builder that drafts a church AI policy in the browser. Answers are never sent to us.
- A library of 13 published church and denomination AI policies, each linked to its original source.
- Practical guides on disclosure statements, sermon preparation, small-church policies, staff training, and denomination guidance.
- The Church AI Guide Brief, an email newsletter (launching soon).
Audience numbers
We launched in October 2026, so our audience is small and just starting. We will not estimate or round up. Before any agreement, we will send you our current numbers: newsletter subscribers from our database, and page views from Vercel Web Analytics. We will add numbers to this page once they are meaningful.
Sponsorship options
Founding sponsor
A small number of early sponsors, one per category, with a rate locked for 12 months. Includes a labeled sponsor line on the guides and in each newsletter issue.
Newsletter sponsor
One clearly labeled sponsor slot per issue of the Church AI Guide Brief, written by you and reviewed by us for accuracy.
Guide sponsor
A labeled "Sponsored by" line on one guide that fits your work, such as a staff training or small-church guide.
The policy builder and the policy library are not for sale. They carry no sponsor placements, so the tools churches rely on stay neutral.
Who we accept
Church insurers, established church software companies, church legal and finance resources, and AI tools with clear, published data practices. Every sponsor is reviewed against our sponsor acceptance policy.
Sponsor disclosure
- Every sponsored item on the site or in the newsletter is labeled "Sponsored by" with the name of the sponsor.
- Sponsors do not influence the policy builder, its output, the policy library, library summaries, or the advice in our guides, and cannot pay to be included in or excluded from them.
- Sponsors do not get to review or approve our content.
- We never sell or share subscriber emails.
