Church AI Guide (churchaiguide.com) is operated by Scott Asher LLC, a Tennessee company. In this policy, "we" and "us" means Scott Asher LLC, and "you" means anyone who visits or uses the site. Seeds Church is not affiliated with this site and is not responsible for it.

What we collect

If you sign up for the newsletter, we collect your email address and, if you choose to give it, your role (for example, Executive Pastor). That's it. We don't ask for your name, church, or anything else.

Why we collect it

We use your email to send the Church AI Guide Brief. We use your optional role to understand who reads it, so we can write more useful issues. We never sell, rent, or share your email with sponsors or anyone else for their marketing.

The policy builder stays in your browser

Everything you type into the policy builder is processed in your own browser. The builder sends none of your answers or your generated policy to us or anyone else, and we don't store them. (It only sends the anonymous click count described below.) Copy and download happen on your device.

Services that process data for us

• Vercel hosts the site and the signup form and provides cookie-free, aggregate Web Analytics. Like any web host, it may keep basic technical logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and operations.
• Neon stores newsletter signups (email, optional role, signup date) in our database.
• Beehiiv will send the newsletter. Once we turn it on, new signups will be passed to Beehiiv for delivery.

Cookies and analytics

We don't use cookies for tracking or advertising. We use Vercel Web Analytics, which is cookie-free, to see aggregate counts such as page views, referring sites, countries, and device types. It does not identify you personally or track you across other sites.

The policy builder also sends an anonymous count when someone clicks Generate, Copy, or Download, so we know whether the tool is useful. We store only the type of click and the date, nothing you typed and nothing about you.

How long we keep it

We keep your email and role until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Then we delete them from our database and newsletter list.

Unsubscribe, access, and deletion

Every newsletter will include an unsubscribe link. To see, correct, or delete what we have about you, email ashertopia@mail.grokbot.com and we'll take care of it.

Children

This site is meant for church leaders and staff. It is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
